1. Placing Orders

Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. Orders can be paid by Direct Deposit or Credit Card. Credit Card is recommended for urgent orders. Direct Deposit payments are accepted from receipt of funds, not remittance or otherwise. Visa and Mastercard are subject to a 2% merchant fee, AMEX is subject to a 3% merchant fee. A wholesale minimum order applies of AUD$100
All orders are proforma. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of full payment only. Allow 24 hours from receipt of payment for your order to pass quality assurance and be dispatched. Product shipping is based on availability; please allow shipping to take one to ten days based on delivery location.
Freight is an additional charge to be incurred by the purchaser. Unless an order is to be collected from us, freight is applicable on all orders and Ardour Wolf Design will determine the appropriate shipping mode and carrier.

Ardour Wolf Design inspects and carefully packs your order before shipping with every effort made to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival and all exceptions noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery by the carrier. All claims for damage and or shortage must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Digital photographs of damaged goods and boxes will be required for replacement of damaged goods. Save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled.
6. Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We do not issue refunds or exchanges,
Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation at Ardour Wolf Design’s discretion. Please note that there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.
Cancellations and amendments can only be accepted before payment is received. We do not issue refunds. Order cancellations that are made after receipt of payment will incur a 20% handling fee of entire order value. Cancellations are not accepted for already dispatched orders.
Prices are subject to change without notification.
Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and as complete as possible, but on occasion items will be backordered based on availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure backordered stock on incoming shipments. Backorders without a deposit are not guaranteed.
10. Limited Warranty
Ardour Wolf Design warrants its products for one year from date of sale against manufacturing faults which are determined at Ardour Wolf Design’s discretion.
Ardour Wolf Design products are manufactured all around the world. Small irregularities in colour, shape, texture or otherwise should not be considered defects. The actual items may vary in colour from the photography. Specifications in size and finish may vary from those shown or stated.
