If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and must be returned in its original packaging with the Returns Form enclosed.

In the unlikely case the item you received is faulty, we will issue a full refund on receipt of the item, provided:
- You contact us within 14 days via email at email@example.com in your correspondance you must attach and complete the Returns Form as well as pictures for proof of defect.
- Once our staff have approved your claim, we will supply you with your Postage Return Label to attach to your package.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note: for change of minds, return postage is paid by the customer. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and offers a tracking/signature service.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. It can take up to 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear.
Refunds or Exchanges will be issued within 2 to 4 business days once your return has been received and processed.
